| Fresh Start Program | | Fresh Start is a program with three “one on one” sessions with our Fitness Consultants. The sessions include a Health Check to establish a base level of health and fitness, discussion of goals, equipment familiarisation, an introduction to programs by “one on one” training.
The Fresh Start program is included without extra charge to all new Health Club Members and Staying Active Members. | |
