Weight Management Program – 6 weeks only $129!

During the 6 week program, led by a facilitator with nutritional qualifications plus a qualified fitness trainer, there will be advice and support, assisting you to achieve your goals with motivation and accountability. There will also be an exercise component in all, giving you both nutritional information as well as increasing your fitness levels to assist your weight loss. Weight Management Program includes: Fresh Start Program (Gym) Indoor Group Fitness and Aqua Classes Pool, Steam, Sauna, Spa Top
