| The Reservoir Leisure Centre has child care facilities located in the Centre. You will be able to workout knowing that your child is being looked after by very friendly and capable child care staff. Children must be between the age of eight weeks and ten years.
All children must complete an enrolment form prior to attending the program.
Parents need to bring: a drink, a piece of fruit, a pram or stroller for children who are not at the walking stage, a dummy and nappies if required. |  |

| Occasional Care | | The Reservoir Leisure Centre provides an Occasional Care Program for children from 6 months to 6 years. The children are cared for by our friendly staff allowing parents to leave the Centre to carry out their necessary business. Bookings are essential and must be paid for in advance, before the session.
All children must complete an enrolment form prior to attending the program. Bookings can be made up to 14 days in advance. |  |

| Booking Procedure | | Crèche and Occasional Care bookings are to be made during crèche operating hours only. The operating crèche hours are: 8:30am to 12.00pm. Bookings can only be made a week in advance.
Payments are to be made to crèche staff, not reception staff, during crèche operating hours. Payments are made at the time of booking and not on the day you use the service. These payments will confirm your childcare place.
If you are unable to attend your session for any reason, you will need to ring and cancel your booking. You can only cancel your session during crèche operating hours. If you happen to cancel your session, a charge will still apply. A credit note of 50% will be issued. This can be used for a future session. If you do not cancel your childcare, no refund or credit note will be given.
The only exception a full credit note will be issued is with the evidence of a medical certificate for the date you did not attend the service. This is the only exception for a full credit note, however it does not entitle you to any cash refunds.
